We hope you all have been enjoying the sunshine Wellington has been putting on for us these last two days. It’s a taste of what summer has installed for us! A shot of Oriental Bay yesterday!
We would like to advise on a small change to our schedule from this Friday afternoon. The City Cat requires maintenance and other jobs so therefore it will be off service from after the morning commuter sailings on Friday 3rd October and back in the water on Monday 6th October ready to resume full sailings in the afternoon from 3.40pm.
The peak commuter sailing schedule from Friday 3rd October pm until Mon 6th pm will be as follows on the City Cat ferry:
Depart Days Bay and in afternoon/evening Depart Queens Wharf
Off peak sailings will be as normal between 10am and 3.00pm but please note there is no 3.40pm sailing from Queens Wharf and no sailings into Seatoun. Additionally this coming weekend October 4th/5th we will not be operating the Harbour Explorer calling into Seatoun. As detailed the City Cat will be back in the water Monday at noon and back to full schedule that same day for the pm sailings.
We apologise for any inconvenience for this disruption to full service but trust you’ll appreciate the necessity for this survey safety work.
Until next time…..Happy sailing
